I have been instructing cake decorating classes since 2017. I specialize in airbrush, isomalt, and hand painting techniques. I also teach how to make edible glitter, gelatine balloons, gilding with gold leaves, wafer paper flowers, and different texture techniques as complementary decoration in my models.
I collaborate with elite cooking academies throughout the world to teach in-person and online courses to groups and individuals. I am proud to have more than a thousand students in Singapore, Switzerland, Denmark, Bulgaria, the U.S.A., Germany, Morocco, the U.K., Iran, Turkey, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Angola, Indonesia, Libya, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, and Algeria.
