Giant Christmas Tree
I built this 4 meters tall Christmas tree cake as part of a social responsibility event to celebrate Christmas with children from orphanages in Gabrovo. Decoration cookies on the tree were donated by sugar artists from all around Bulgaria. The event was hosted and sponsored by Terra Shopping Mall.
The Iron Church of Saint Stephen
The cake was commissioned by the Consulate General of Bulgaria for the official opening ceremony of the 122-year-old Bulgarian Saint Stephen Iron Church in Istanbul after 7 years of restoration in January 2018. The ceremony was attended by political and religious leaders of Bulgaria and Turkey. It was exhibited at the museum section of the church before going on a tour in various Bulgarian cities.
Collaborations
Over the years I have been involved in many different but all very special collaborations. They all helped me improve in my art and have a special place in my heart.
I am the founder of the annual ‘’My Bulgaria Cake Collaboration”. Every year I provide a venue for Bulgarian sugar artists from all around the world to exhibit their work on Bulgarian culture and heritage at this national event.
Old Synagogue in Sofia
I made this replica of the old synagogue in Sofia to exhibit at the 4th “My Bulgaria Cake Collaboration” in December 2020. The theme of the collaboration was cultural and historic sites in the Bulgarian capital Sofia.
Girl with Apples
My micro-art sugar project depicts two of the most famous paintings of the great Bulgarian painter Vladimir Dimitrov- Maistora; The Girl with Apples and the artist’s self portrait. I made it to exhibit at the first edition of “My Bulgaria Cake Collaboration”, in May 2017.
Kiss
I made this cake as part of the “Modern Wedding Cake Collaboration” organized by the Global Sugar Artists Network in October 2017. It is inspired by Gustav Klimt’s famous Kiss.

A Girl from Kalotintsi
This is a hand-painted sugar art replica of great Bulgarian painter Vladimir Dimitrov-Maistora’s. I made it to exhibit at the “My Bulgaria Cake Collaboration”, in May 2019.
Black Cat in the Door
Black cat in the door is a satirical symbol in my hometown. I made it for the “My Sweet Gabrovo Cake Collaboration” and Exhibition Project in May 2018.
