This anti-gravity 3D cake course includes the following techniques:

• Construction and building of a cake hanging in the air. Specifications and features of this type of cake.
• Rendering the volume and modeling of the tree and branches. Texturing and coloring to achieve authenticity and botanical accuracy.
• Covering a model cake with fondant. Learning the techniques for making sharp edges and texture. 
• Getting to know the types of paints and brushes for hand painting on fondant. Coloring with powder paints.
• Making a template for decorating the cottage.
• Basic knowledge of working with an airbrush and its application in coloring cakes.
• Hand painting techniques and their application in cake decoration.
• Covering the roof of the house with fondant – cracked tree bark technique.
• Modeling of the snails and realistic coloring. Making a slimy effect on snails.
• Modeling a flying bird. Making realistic wings and feathers. Coloring with airbrush.
• Making edible moss and grass and applying them to the overall decoration.
• Assembling all the parts in the anti-gravity cake.
• Final arrangement.
