This workshop will include the following techniques:

  • Covering the cake model with fondant. Technique for making perfectly sharp edges.
  • Introduction to the types of paints and brushes for hand painting on fondant.
  • Transfer of a selected picture on fondant.
  • Techniques for hand painting and their application in cake and cookie decorations.
  • Drawing cartoon characters – Elsa, Anna, and Olaf
  • Cover the top floor of the cake with the “Sugar Sheet” technique.
  • Cover the bottom floor of the cake with curls using rice paper.
  • Learn how to make edible snow and glitter and their incorporation into the overall composition.
  • Assembly of all different parts in a composition.

Duration of the workshop: 1 day
