A Forest Tale

This workshop will include the following techniques:

• Covering your cake (dummy) with fondant with perfectly sharp edges. Standard and upside-down techniques.
• Modeling with sugar paste.
• Making forest effect with edible moss on the cake board.
• Making flowers from wafer paper.
• Making your own stencil for the design.
• Introduction of different types of airbrush machines and guns and their maintenance as well as basic repairs.
• Getting to know your airbrush machine with various techniques before using it on the model cake.
• Decorating the cake with airbrush and stencil.
• Final touches with hand painting.
• Assembling all the different parts in a composition.
