Engagement
This workshop will include the following techniques:
- Covering your cake (dummy) with fondant with perfectly sharp edges. Standard and upside-down techniques.
- Gilding the ball with gold leaves.
- Making gold crackle effect.
- Preparing homemade black edible glitter to decorate the cake.
- Decorating the cake with fondant paper.
- Basic training about working with isomalt – tempering, coloring, and how to avoid loss of gloss and maintain transparency.
- Making various isomalt decorations.
- Assembling all the different parts in a composition.
