This workshop will include the following techniques:

• Covering your cake (dummy) with fondant with perfectly sharp edges. Standard and upside down techniques.
• Making gelatine sunglasses.
• Making butterflies from wafer paper.
• Creating line effects on the cake board.
• Creating a checkerboard effect on the cake board.
• Introduction of different types of airbrush machines and guns and their maintenance as well as basic repairs.
• Getting to know your airbrush machine with various techniques before using it on the model cake.
• Making your own stencil for almost any picture.
• Decorating the cake with airbrush and stencil.
• Final touches with hand painting.
