• Basic training about working with isomalt – tempering, coloring, how to avoid loss of gloss and maintain transparency.
• Making isomalt lollipops using fondant and transfer paper.
• Making free-hand isomalt lollipops (without using silicone molds).
• Making isomalt decorations with metal cookie cutters.
• Making isomalt flowers – with and without silicone mold.
• Making isomalt sail.
• Assembling all the different parts in a composition.
• General information on how to store isomalt work.
