The course includes 3 models and the following techniques:

  • Covering a model cake with fondant. Learning the techniques for making sharp edges and texture.
  • Getting to know the different types of compressors and airbrushes, and information on their maintenance and cleaning.
  • Getting to know the types of confectionery airbrush paints and their use.
  • Learning the techniques for working with an airbrush and their application in decorating cakes, cookies, waffle and fondant papers.
  • Making templates for the models and specifics of working with them, common mistakes, and ways to avoid them.
  • Decorating the cake stand.
  • Decorating the cakes with an airbrush and stencil.
  • Final touches with hand painting.
  • Making gelatin balls to decorate the MERMAID model.
  • Making gelatin wings and using them in the FOREST FAIRY and the MUSHROOM FAIRY models.
