This workshop will include the following techniques:

• Covering your cake (dummy) with fondant with perfectly sharp edges.
• Introduction of different types of airbrush machines and guns and their maintenance as well as basic repairs.
• Getting to know your airbrush machine with various techniques before using it on the model cake.
• Making your own stencil for almost any picture.
• Decorating the cake with airbrush and stencil.
• Final touches with hand painting.
• Basic training about working with isomalt – tempering, coloring, how to avoid loss of gloss and maintain transparency.
• Making isomalt heart-shaped lollipops (without using silicone molds).
• Preparing and coloring wafer paper raffles.
